Meet the Author

Student, friend, sister, daughter. These are just a few titles that could be used to describe me. I am a Junior at Furman University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies and Communication Studies with an aspiration to one day attend law school. I am from Williamsburg, Virginia (yes. Colonial America was my backyard growing up), and absolutely loved growing up in a small town.

Passions

. Growing up in a small town made me want to get involved in everything. This is still true at Furman, I serve as an Admissions Ambassador, I help lead Heller Service Corps as the Director of External Volunteer Relations and I am a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. I am an outgoing person with a desire to make those around me feel like somebody.

I am an enneagram 6w7, I love to be everyone's biggest cheerleader and my deep sense of loyalty allows me to be a great team player. I thrive off constant and clear communication and love to face a challenge head-on. I have a background in working on teams that are mostly female-driven which has helped me grow in my confidence and can-do spirit. I believe that everyone has potential and I love being able to see and name that potential in those around me.
